Train like your favorite super hero or ninja warrior! Learn how to run super fast, leap tall buildings, climb walls, vault over obstacles like your favorite ninjas! Mini Pk teaches many of the same elements as the Safety level 1 class, but the obstacles are smaller or closer together to fit the size of our 4 & 5 yr olds. (ages 4-5 yrs)
SAFETY: LEVEL 01 WHITE BAND
All students will begin in this class. One of the most basic of parkour vaults is the "safety vault", seems a good place to start. Students will learn the fundamentals of parkour through tumbling and floor work, trampoline, vaults, wall, and bar skills. Students will focus on improving strength, balance, quadrupedal movement, and learning safe falling techniques. Spacial awareness, body control, increased strength and mental focus will also be addressed here. (ages 6 and up)
SPEED: LEVEL 02 BLUE BAND
This class builds upon the Safety Class (white band level) to add in jumps at different elevations, intermediate tumbling, bars, and connecting vaults and movement in succession. A student must pass Safety Level 1 test to register for the Speed Level class. (ages 6 and up)
KONG: LEVEL 03 GREEN BAND
This class focuses on more advanced vaults, tumbling, bar movements, and rail precisions. These students will also continue to build self confidence, awareness and critical analysis of personal abilities. Students must pass Speed Level 2 test to be in this class. (ages 6 and up).
FLAIR: LEVEL 04 GREY BAND
The upper level class for intermediate students. We will be focusing on more vaults, flips, bar sequences and wall work. Skills may include wall spin, front and back flips, front aerials and A-Twists.
KIDS Time to train on Ninja Kids type obstacles. Every week will be a different course to train and be challenged on. Run up the 14 foot warp wall, climb the cargo net, swing across the rope, or run the tic-tac walls. Focus will also be on strength and agility conditioning. (ages 5-14 yrs)
ADULTS Focus on strength, speed, and agility training of Ninja Kids and parkour athletes. (ages 13 and up)
This class will follow the same structure and skill progressions as Level 1:Safety and Level 2:Speed classes. Students will learn the basics of parkour and freerunning on the walls and vaults, as well as skills in tumbling, trampoline, and bar work. The last 5-10 minutes of class is free play to encourage self awareness and movement patterns on the obstacles. Classes meet during school hours. We are approved as vendors for some charter schools. FREERUN FLIPS & TRICKS
Combines Martial Arts tricking, free running, and gymnastics tumbling. This is a high energy class learning different flips, twists, and tricks on the floor, trampoline, and off the walls. Students must have completed Level 2 classes or have instructor approval. (ages 7 -18 yrs)
MARTIAL ARTS TRICKING
Martial Arts Tricking is a high energy sport consisting of different flips, twists, and tricks off of one leg. It draws upon elements of capoeira, Taekwondo, karate, wushu, gymnastics, breakdancing and more. In it’s essence tricking is self-expression through acrobatics and martial arts. (ages 7 and up)
