KIDS  Time to train on Ninja Warrior type obstacles. Every week will be a different course to train and be challenged on. Run up the 14 foot warp wall, climb the cargo net, swing across the rope, or run the tic-tac walls. Focus will also be on strength and agility conditioning.

ADULTS  Focus on strength, speed, and agility training of Ninja Warriors and parkour athletes.
